- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties about ¾ inch thick and set aside.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear patties for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
