Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice each chicken breast into two or three strips and place in a bowl. Pour milk over the chicken, ensuring it's fully submerged. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, half of the grated parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer marinated chicken strips to a 9x13" baking dish, spreading them evenly. Season with extra salt.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the chicken strips.
  6. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and paprika over the coated chicken.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
