- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 medium chopped onion and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until translucent.
- Incorporate 2 cloves of minced garlic into the skillet, stirring for about 1 minute while being careful not to burn.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
