Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 bunch of asparagus and cook for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 pound of seasoned chicken breast and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in 4 cloves of chopped garlic and ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Pour in ½ cup of chicken broth, scrape the bottom of the skillet, and bring to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the juice and zest of 1 lemon and ¼ cup of chopped fresh dill. Toss in the cooked asparagus, mixing everything together.
