  1. Prepare the Sub Roll: Slice the sub roll lengthwise, leaving a half-inch hinge.

  3. Dress the Roll: Generously coat the inside of both halves of the sub roll with the dressing.
  4. Layer the Meats: Start layering with genoa salami, followed by provolone, smoked ham, and pepperoni.
  5. Add the Vegetables: Pile shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and banana peppers.
  6. Drizzle with Dressing: Drizzle more dressing over the vegetables before finalizing.
  7. Garnish with Basil: Tuck fresh basil leaves atop the vegetables for extra flavor.
