  • 2 cups sweet corn canned or frozen
  • 1 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 pieces green onions chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • sliced jalapeños for heat
  • additional cheese for cheesy crust
  • Parmesan cheese for nutty flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it. If frozen, thaw it until fully softened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheese or Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
