- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1–2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of peeled and deveined shrimp to the hot skillet and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until they turn vibrant pink.
- Pour in ½ cup of teriyaki sauce, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly and continue to cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- While the shrimp are cooking, take 2 cups of cooked rice and distribute it among serving bowls.
- Top each bowl of rice with the teriyaki shrimp mixture and spoon generous portions of sauce over the rice.
- Finish off your bowls by garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
