  2. In a large skillet, add the ground beef or Italian sausage and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fill each cooked shell with the meat and cheese mixture. Place in a baking dish seam-side up.
