- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Spoon around a teaspoon of filling into the center of each wrapper, fold and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.

- Remove fried wontons with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
