Method
 

Coconut Rice Preparation
  1. Rinse the coconut rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  3. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
Marinade and Salmon Cooking

  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the marinated salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
