  • 8 oz Smoked Gouda cheese Grated
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 large Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh chives Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chopped onions. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add grated smoked Gouda, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and cooled onion-garlic mixture to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer dip mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly on top.
  9. Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
