- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice. Whisk together until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, place salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set the timer for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer cooked salmon onto a serving platter and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
