  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
Salmon
  • 4 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, place salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Set the timer for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Transfer cooked salmon onto a serving platter and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
