Steps to Prepare
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add ranch seasoning and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let rest before shredding.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil in a separate pot. Add gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Return shredded chicken to the sauce and stir for 3 minutes over medium heat to absorb flavors.
  5. Gently fold in cooked gnocchi and heat for an additional 2 minutes.
