Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions for al dente, about 8-10 minutes, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and whisk to combine with bacon drippings. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Slice chicken and return to skillet with drained pasta. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water to desired consistency.
