Cooking Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions for al dente, about 8-10 minutes, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and whisk to combine with bacon drippings. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Slice chicken and return to skillet with drained pasta. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water to desired consistency.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
