Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes; drain and lay flat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce across the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce, spoon ⅓ of the ricotta mixture over noodles, add spinach, zucchini, and bell pepper, and top with marinara.
