Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger for the marinade.
  2. Place the steak in a bag, pour the marinade over, seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Slice zucchini into rounds, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  5. Grill marinated steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Grill zucchini for about 3-4 minutes per side until tender.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice/quinoa, sliced steak, grilled zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  8. Drizzle with marinade sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
