Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
For the Broccoli
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For steaming
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then drain.
  6. In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  8. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  9. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  10. Assemble the bowls by dividing broccoli and laying sliced chicken on top.
  11. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
  12. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
