- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

- Remove the chicken from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then drain.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing broccoli and laying sliced chicken on top.
