Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dice the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and minced garlic to the bowl. Stir gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until well combined.
