- In a large pot over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted.
- Once combined, remove from heat and fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies until well coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and press down firmly.
- Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes, until set.
- Melt 2 cups of green candy melts in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Once cooled slightly, cut the Rice Krispie base into bars and dip each into the melted green candy.
- Place the coated bars on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes until the coating hardens.
- Use black decorating gel to create Frankenstein’s facial features and add candy eyes on top for effect.
- Sprinkle pretzel pieces or colorful sprinkles on top before letting the decorations set for about 5 minutes.
