Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt a pat of butter.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings.
