Dough Preparation
- In a bread machine, add melted butter, water, instant vanilla pudding, milk, beaten egg, sugar, salt, bread flour, and active dry yeast. Set to dough cycle for 90 minutes.
- Once complete, flour the countertop, roll the dough into a rectangle of approximately 17x10 inches.
Filling Preparation
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until thick. Spread evenly across rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other and seal the seam.
Final Preparation
- Slice into ½-inch pieces and arrange cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For frosting, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
