Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing a large pot on the stove over low heat. Add 6 tablespoons of butter and gently melt it, stirring occasionally for about 3-5 minutes until it's completely liquid and golden.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add 10 ounces of marshmallows into the pot. Stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are fully melted.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat, and slowly stir in 5 cups of crispy rice cereal. Make sure to fold the cereal into the marshmallow mixture gently.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool in the pot for about 5-10 minutes, or until it is cool enough to touch.
  5. With slightly greased hands, grab a handful of the Rice Krispie mixture and shape it into a round pumpkin form.
  6. Finish by decorating each pumpkin with green M&Ms for leaves and pretzel sticks for stems.
