Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ½ cup of chocolate chips, and ⅓ cup of honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth.
  2. Sift in 1 cup of powdered sugar, blending well. Gently fold in 2 cups of crispy rice cereal.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form small clusters of the mixture. Place them on the sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish or gift container and optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
