- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ½ cup of chocolate chips, and ⅓ cup of honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth.
- Sift in 1 cup of powdered sugar, blending well. Gently fold in 2 cups of crispy rice cereal.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form small clusters of the mixture. Place them on the sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Transfer to a serving dish or gift container and optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
