- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cut the brioche bread into bite-sized cubes and spread half evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Slice or cube the softened cream cheese and distribute it evenly over the layer of bread.
- Carefully place the remaining bread cubes over the cream cheese layer.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread and cream cheese layers, pressing down gently on the bread.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Remove the covering, drizzle melted butter over the top, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
