Directions

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the ricotta mixture and gently mix until combined.
  5. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown and tops are soft yet set.
  7. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
