Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low until warm, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add semi-sweet and white chocolate chips to the saucepan, stirring until melted and smooth, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add green food coloring until desired hue is achieved; stir well.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or color as needed.
  6. Pour hot chocolate into mugs, filling three-quarters full.
