Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cups of water, ⅓ cup mango nectar, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon dragonfruit powder, and ½ teaspoon citric acid. Heat over low, whisking continuously for about 3 minutes, until everything is fully dissolved and the mixture looks smooth. Once done, remove from heat, let it cool for a few minutes, and transfer the refresher base to a large jar with a lid.
- In a small mason jar or glass, add 2 tablespoons barista-style oat milk (or heavy cream), 1 ½ tablespoons strawberry syrup, and 1 tablespoon soy milk. Use a milk frother and froth the mixture for 20-30 seconds until it becomes pale and fluffy, indicating it's whipped well. Set your delightful strawberry cold foam aside while you prepare the main potion.
- Grab a cocktail shaker or a large mason jar and fill it with ice. Pour in ½ cup of the mango dragonfruit refresher base, then add ½ cup sweetened coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried dragonfruit. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until all the ingredients are well combined and cold.
- Strain the bright and beautiful mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Should you desire, stir in extra freeze-dried dragonfruit for added texture. Finish off by dolloping the whipped strawberry cold foam on top and, if you wish, sprinkle some pink and green sprinkles for that magical touch. Quench your thirst with Glinda's Pink Potion and revel in its deliciousness!

Notes
Store any leftover Glinda's Pink Potion in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The frothy cold foam may lose its texture, so consider making it fresh when serving.
