Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  4. Place a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Let it warm for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Using a ladle, pour portions of the batter onto the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
