Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Add baking soda and salt, mixing gently.
- Fold in sugar and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
- Gradually add flour, stirring until just incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix ground cinnamon with a few tablespoons of batter.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, drizzle half of the cinnamon mix on top.
- Add the remaining batter and cinnamon mix, creating swirls.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
