Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, mixing gently.
  5. Fold in sugar and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
  6. Gradually add flour, stirring until just incorporated.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix ground cinnamon with a few tablespoons of batter.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, drizzle half of the cinnamon mix on top.
  9. Add the remaining batter and cinnamon mix, creating swirls.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
