  • 3 medium Ripe pears
  • 2 medium Red apples
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup Red seedless grapes
  • 3 medium Kiwis
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts optional
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
For the Dressing
  • 0.5 medium Juice of lemon
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pears, red apples, and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat with juice.
  2. Add pomegranate seeds, halved grapes, sliced kiwis, banana slices, walnuts, and cranberries. Fold gently to mix.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Let sit for a minute.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  6. Before serving, gently toss again and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
