Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Panang Curry
  1. Heat the oil by warming 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Sauté 2 tablespoons of Panang curry paste in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
