For the Steamed Fish
  • 4 fillets Tilapia, sea bass, or snapper Choose one type of fish
  • 1 cup Ginger, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Water
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill your steamer with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Once boiling, place the fish fillets side by side on a heatproof plate.
  3. Scatter the sliced ginger over the fish and drizzle with soy sauce and water.
  4. Carefully place the plate in the steamer and cover, allowing to steam for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove the plate from the steamer and drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the fish before serving.
