Cooking Instructions
- Fill your steamer with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, place the fish fillets side by side on a heatproof plate.
- Scatter the sliced ginger over the fish and drizzle with soy sauce and water.
- Carefully place the plate in the steamer and cover, allowing to steam for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the plate from the steamer and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the fish before serving.
