  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Packed
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas Peeled
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt For creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Milk Any variety

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk.
  2. Blend spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture, and if needed, add more honey or maple syrup. Blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving ½ inch space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds according to instructions or cover with foil and poke sticks through.
  6. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. To release the pops, run warm water over the moulds for 10-15 seconds, then pull out the popsicles.
