Preparation Steps
- Gather all ingredients: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk.
- Blend spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the mixture, and if needed, add more honey or maple syrup. Blend again for 10-15 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving ½ inch space at the top.
- Insert sticks into the molds according to instructions or cover with foil and poke sticks through.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the moulds for 10-15 seconds, then pull out the popsicles.
