Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pot, pour in 4 cups of broth and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

  3. Add 2 cups of ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions.
  4. With about 3-5 minutes left, add in 1 cup of fresh vegetables and your choice of protein.
  5. Taste the broth and adjust the seasonings if necessary, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve the ramen noodle soup in bowls and add optional toppings.
