- In a large pot, pour in 4 cups of broth and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

- Add 2 cups of ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions.
- With about 3-5 minutes left, add in 1 cup of fresh vegetables and your choice of protein.
- Taste the broth and adjust the seasonings if necessary, then remove from heat.
- Serve the ramen noodle soup in bowls and add optional toppings.
