- Prepare the glasses by adding ¼ cup of whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to the bottom of two tall glasses. Stir gently to combine.
- In a high-speed blender, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, ½ cup of whole milk, ⅓ cup of chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup. Add most of the roughly chopped Oreo cookies along with 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Blend for about 15-20 seconds until evenly mixed.
- Toss in 2 cups of ice cubes into the blender. Blend on high for an additional 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the blended frappuccino mixture over the whipped cream and chocolate syrup layers in the chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle more chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle the reserved crumbled Oreos over the whipped cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino!
