Step-by-Step Instructions for Mini Brie Christmas Trees
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Roll out the sheet of thawed puff pastry until it’s about ⅛ inch thick. Cut into a large triangle shape.
- Place the wheel of Brie cheese at the base of the puff pastry triangle.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.
- Add fresh chopped rosemary and drizzle with honey. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry triangle over the Brie, pinching and sealing them securely.
- Brush the beaten egg wash evenly over the entire pastry.
- Place your assembled Brie tree on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once done, cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley or greens.
