  • 1 tablespoon Red chili sauce

  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Cabbage, carrot, capsicum, or onion
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped spring onions For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the rotis into thin strips, resembling noodles.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, green chili or chili flakes, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over high heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Introduce the sliced roti strips to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over them. Stir quickly for 1-2 minutes until evenly coated.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
