For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice Brown rice adds extra fiber.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Edamame Cooked
  • ½ cup Radishes Thinly sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm up for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the flaked cooked salmon into the heated pan and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring gently.
  4. Pour the prepared honey sriracha glaze over the warmed salmon and stir gently for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Start by preparing your serving bowls and placing a generous layer of cooked rice at the bottom of each.
  6. Scoop the glazed salmon from the skillet and evenly distribute it on top of the rice in each bowl.
  7. Top each bowl with the sliced cucumber, cooked edamame, and thinly sliced radishes.
