  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar for balancing flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns adjust for heat preference
For Garnish
  • 2 pieces green onions chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water, add noodles, cook for 3-5 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and cook ground pork until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame paste, chili oil, and rice vinegar, stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Combine sauce with noodles in the pan, toss together, and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle in Sichuan peppercorns, stir, and let sit for a minute.
  7. Plate noodles, top with green onions, vegetables, and peanuts. Serve hot.
