Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss together 2 cups of diced chicken with ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Ensure every piece of chicken is well coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken mixture. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  3. While the chicken cools, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange your flatbreads on a baking sheet.
