  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange baguette slices on top, brushing with more melted butter.
  4. Drape prosciutto over the bread slices ensuring even distribution.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp, with bubbling cheese.
  6. Transfer crostini to a platter, tear open burrata and spoon over the bread, top with peach slices and more prosciutto.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
