Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add 2 teaspoons of dried oregano and 2 teaspoons of dried basil to the oil mixture. Stir them in thoroughly for another 20-30 seconds.
  3. Fold in 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Stir continuously for about 30 seconds to ensure even distribution.
  4. Season the dipping oil with freshly ground black pepper to taste, stirring well after each addition.
  5. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture, stirring until well combined and slightly melted.
