- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pound of sausage until it turns brown and crumbly, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage with 6 beaten eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the egg and sausage mixture.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Pour the white pepper gravy over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
