  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

  5. Fold in ⅔ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and ¼ cup Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Scoop out ¼ cup of dough, flatten it, place a Halloween Oreo in the center, and roll it into a ball.
  7. Place the dough balls on the baking sheet with space in between.
