- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and orange zest (if using). Stir until blended.
- Roll out the sheet of puff pastry until it is smooth and flat, large enough to envelop the Brie.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry. Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture over the top.
- Fold the puff pastry over the Brie and seal any openings by pinching the seams.
