  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large beaten egg for egg wash

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the cans of refrigerated crescent dough and unroll them. Arrange the triangles in a circle with the wide ends facing outwards.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, brie cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, and garlic powder.
  4. Spoon portions of the cheese and bacon mixture onto the wide ends of each crescent triangle.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of each triangle over the filling and press to seal the edges.
  6. Brush the dough with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve with honey or fig jam.
