- Wash the apples thoroughly under cool running water and slice each apple horizontally into half-inch thick rounds, removing the core.
- Spread a generous layer of Greek yogurt on one side of an apple slice using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle the granola over the yogurt-covered apple slice evenly.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the granola for added sweetness.
- Place another apple slice on top of the first, yogurt and granola side facing down. Press down gently.
- Serve immediately for best freshness and crunch.
