Step-by-Step Instructions
- In your slow cooker, pour in 4 cups of beef broth and add 1 pound of ground beef. Then, stir in 2 cups of marinara sauce along with 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Set your slow cooker to low and allow it to cook for 4 to 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, break 8 ounces of lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the slow cooker. Stir gently to make sure the noodles are submerged in the broth.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in 2 cups of ricotta cheese and then fold in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Serve hot into bowls and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

For cheese lovers, use fresh mozzarella for a better melting experience. Add fresh herbs before serving for additional flavor.
