Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In your slow cooker, pour in 4 cups of beef broth and add 1 pound of ground beef. Then, stir in 2 cups of marinara sauce along with 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Set your slow cooker to low and allow it to cook for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, break 8 ounces of lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the slow cooker. Stir gently to make sure the noodles are submerged in the broth.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in 2 cups of ricotta cheese and then fold in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Serve hot into bowls and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
