- Freeze the mozzarella sticks for 2 to 4 hours to ensure they hold their shape during baking.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press seams together. Slice into long strips.
- Wrap each frozen mozzarella stick with a dough strip and leave space at the top for the eyes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place wrapped sticks on it. Lightly brush with egg white.
- Chill the assembled mummies in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
