Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  2. Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface and cover unused wrappers with a damp cloth.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of crab filling in the center of each wonton wrapper and moisten edges with water.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle shape, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
  5. In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  6. Carefully add filled wontons to hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried wontons and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  8. Continue the frying process with remaining wonton wrappers and crab filling until all are prepared.
