- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
- Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface and cover unused wrappers with a damp cloth.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of crab filling in the center of each wonton wrapper and moisten edges with water.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle shape, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add filled wontons to hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried wontons and drain excess oil on paper towels.
